Play. Connect. Grow. provides training in developmental play therapy for parents and professionals who work with children all along the autism spectrum. Play is the original social development teaching tool, this how we all developed our basic communication and relational skills. We learn everything from meaningful eye contact to complex imitation, by sharing an enjoyable connection with another person. In other words our enjoyment of play is the thing that drives out social development. This is no different for a child with autism.
